Messes are part of the deal. Cleanup doesn't have to be. Our unique blend wicks moisture so liquids wipe away with a paper towel, or a clean, dry, absorbent cloth. For further treatment: Use a water based soap mixture that combines 1 tablespoon of a liquid detergent such as Tide with 16 ounces of lukewarm water. Dampen a cleaning cloth in the mixture and gently blot the soiled area. Avoid rubbing the affected area aggressively. Rinse the area with a clean, damp cloth to ensure that all the soap and residue has been removed. ** For dried non-liquid spills (chocolate, ice cream, crayola, etc), you may need to use a soft brush or butter knife to scrape off the affected area before applying the wet treatment.

Returns
We offer a 60-day return window to try your Nurture& furniture risk-free. Items must be in like-new condition and returned via our Return Portal. Returns outside the portal are not eligible for refunds, and we do not accept exchanges.

Clearance and Open Box items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Dresser returns are not accepted due to size and weight. Instead, you can donate your dresser to a 501(c)(3) nonprofit after submitting a return request. A donation receipt must be uploaded within two weeks of approval for a refund.

Modified items, items missing essential parts, and other final sale items are ineligible for return. Return requests must be submitted within 60 days of delivery.

Warranty
Our products come with a 1-year warranty from delivery, covering manufacturing defects like structural issues, broken parts, or faulty mechanisms. It does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or modifications.
