- Credentials. Passwords, password hints, and similar security information used for authentication and account access.
- Payment data. Data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number and the security code associated with it. Payment data is handled and stored by our payment processors, not by us. You can review Shopify's privacy terms at pay.shopify.com/tos-privacy-policy.

Information collected from other sources
In short: We may collect limited data from public databases, marketing partners, and other outside sources.
We may obtain information about you from other sources, such as public databases, joint marketing partners, social media platforms, and other third parties. Examples of the information we receive from other sources include social media profile information, marketing leads, and search results and links, including paid listings such as sponsored links.

- Usage information. Pages viewed, products viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked, referring and exit pages, search terms you enter on our site, items added to and removed from your cart, and the dates and times of your visits.
- Interaction information. Some of our analytics partners record how visitors move through pages, including mouse movement, scrolling, and clicks, so we can understand where the site is confusing or broken.
- Approximate location. Derived from your IP address, generally at the level of country, state, or city. We do not collect precise geolocation.
Section 5 explains these technologies in more detail and how you can limit them.

We may use and store this information in aggregated and anonymized form so that it is not associated with individual end users.
5. Cookies and tracking technologies
In short: We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to run the website, understand how it is used, and deliver advertising. You can limit them.
We and our partners use cookies and similar tracking technologies, including web beacons, pixels, tags, and local storage, to access and store information on your device. We group them into four categories:
- Strictly necessary. Required for the website to function. They keep your cart, remember your currency and language, secure your session, and support checkout. These cannot be turned off through our privacy controls.
- Functionality. Remember choices you make so we can offer a more personal experience, such as saved preferences and on site messages.
- Performance and analytics. Help us understand how visitors use the site, which pages are popular, where people get stuck, and whether the changes we make are improvements. Some of these record how visitors move through pages.
- Targeting and advertising. Used by us and our advertising partners to build a profile of your interests, show you relevant advertising on other websites and apps, and measure whether that advertising works.
Your choices
- Our privacy controls. Visit Your Privacy Choices to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising, and to manage which categories of cookies you allow.
- Your browser. Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually set your browser to remove cookies and to reject cookies. If you do, this could affect certain features or services of our Services.
- Industry opt out tools. To opt out of interest based advertising by participating companies, visit optout.aboutads.info or optout.networkadvertising.org.
Opting out through our privacy controls applies to the browser and device you are using at the time. If you use another browser or device, or clear your cookies, you may need to make the choice again.
6. Will your information be shared with anyone?
In short: We share information with service providers who help us run our business, with advertising and analytics partners, and where the law requires it.
We may process or share data based on the following legal basis:
- Consent. We may process your data if you have given us specific consent to use your personal information for a specific purpose.

More specifically, we may need to process your data or share your personal information in the following situations:

Unless described in this policy, we do not share, sell, rent, or trade any of your information with third parties for their promotional purposes.

These companies may use information about your visits to our website and other websites that is contained in web cookies and other tracking technologies in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.
7. Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
In short: When we let advertising partners collect information through cookies and pixels on our site, some US state laws treat that as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, even though no money changes hands. You can opt out.
We do not sell personal information for money. However, we do allow advertising and analytics partners to collect identifiers, device information, and information about your browsing and purchasing activity on our website through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, so they can deliver and measure advertising that may be more relevant to you.
Under California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other state privacy laws, these activities may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, or processing for "targeted advertising."
The categories of personal information involved are identifiers, commercial information, internet and network activity, approximate geolocation, and inferences drawn from that information, as described in Section 3. The categories of recipients are the advertising, analytics, and personalization partners listed in Section 6.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
To opt out, visit Your Privacy Choices. See Section 13.
8. How long do we keep your information?
In short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless otherwise required by law.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements. In practice, the criteria we use are:
- Account information is kept while your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you return.
- Order and transaction records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting law.
- Marketing preferences and suppression lists are kept indefinitely, because we need a record of your opt out in order to honor it.
- Customer support communications are kept for as long as needed to resolve your issue and for a reasonable period afterward for quality and dispute purposes.
- Analytics and advertising data is generally kept for shorter periods, set by the retention settings of each partner.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it. If this is not possible, for example because your personal information has been stored in backup archives, then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
9. How do we keep your information safe?
In short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, please also remember that we cannot guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.
10. Do we collect information from minors?
In short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.
We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent's use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. If you become aware of any data we have collected from children under age 18, please contact us at info@nurtureand.com.
11. What are your privacy rights?
In short: You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time, and you can opt out of marketing and of targeted advertising.
Account information
If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can log into your account settings and update your user account.
Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use, and comply with legal requirements.
Opting out of email marketing
You can unsubscribe from our marketing email list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send, or by contacting us using the details provided below. You will then be removed from the marketing email list. We will still need to send you service related emails that are necessary for the administration and use of your account. To otherwise opt out, you may note your preferences when you register an account, access your account settings and update preferences, or contact us using the contact information provided.
Opting out of SMS marketing
Reply STOP to any marketing text message to stop receiving them. See Section 15.
Opting out of targeted advertising
See Section 13.
12. US state privacy rights
In short: Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what we collect, get a copy of it, correct it, delete it, and opt out of targeted advertising and the sale or sharing of your information.
These rights may apply to residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia, and other states where applicable law provides them. The exact rights vary by state.
Subject to the law of your state, you may have the right to:
- Know and access. Request confirmation of whether we process your personal information, and access the specific pieces we hold, the categories we collect, the sources, the business purposes, and the categories of third parties we disclose it to.
- Obtain a copy. Receive a copy of your personal information in a portable, readily usable format.
- Correct. Ask us to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete. Ask us to delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to exceptions in the law.
- Opt out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising. See Section 13.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information. As described in Section 3, we already limit our use of sensitive personal information to the purposes permitted without a separate request.
- Non discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. We will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised a privacy right.
- Appeal. If we decline your request, you may appeal that decision by replying to our response or contacting us at info@nurtureand.com with the word "Appeal" in the subject line. We will respond within the period your state's law requires.
How to exercise these rights
Email us at info@nurtureand.com, or write to us at the address in Section 18. Please tell us which right you are exercising and include enough information for us to verify who you are. We will respond within the time your state's law requires, generally 45 days, and we will tell you if we need more time.
We need to verify your identity before acting on a request to know, correct, or delete. We may ask you to confirm information we already hold about you. We will not use information you provide for verification for any other purpose.
Authorized agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will ask the agent for proof that you gave them written permission, and we may still ask you to verify your own identity directly with us.
California "Shine the Light"
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to us using the contact information provided below.
California minors
If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with the Services, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the Services. To request removal of such data, please contact us using the contact information provided below, and include the email address associated with your account and a statement that you reside in California. We will make sure the data is not publicly displayed on the Services, but please be aware that the data may not be completely or comprehensively removed from our systems.
13. How to opt out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
You have three ways to opt out, and you do not need an account to use any of them:
- Use our privacy control. Visit Your Privacy Choices and use the opt out control on that page. This records your choice and stops the advertising and analytics technologies described in this policy for the browser or device you are using.
- Enable a browser opt out signal. See Section 14.
- Contact us. Email info@nurtureand.com and tell us you want to opt out.
Your choice applies to the browser or device you used to make it. If you use another browser or device, or clear your cookies, you may need to opt out again. Opting out does not delete information collected before you opted out. To request deletion, see Section 12.
You can change your mind at any time by returning to Your Privacy Choices.
14. Global Privacy Control and browser signals
In short: We honor Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends it, we treat it as an opt out automatically.
Some browsers and browser extensions can send an opt out preference signal on your behalf, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC). Where required by applicable law, Nurture& recognizes supported browser based opt out preference signals. If we receive a valid signal from your browser, we will treat it as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising for that browser or device, without any further action from you.
Because a browser signal is tied to the browser that sends it, you will need to enable it on each browser and device you use.
Separately, most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized, and we do not respond to DNT browser signals. We do respond to Global Privacy Control, as described above.
15. SMS and text message marketing
If you opt in to receive text messages from us, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages at the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of text messages does not opt you out of marketing emails, and opting out of emails does not opt you out of text messages.
Our text message program is operated with our messaging partners. Your use of it is also subject to our Messaging Terms and Messaging Privacy Policy.
16. Rights in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom
If you are resident in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR, including the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
To exercise these rights, contact us at info@nurtureand.com.
If you believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection supervisory authority. You can find their contact details at the European Data Protection Board, or for the United Kingdom, at ico.org.uk.
17. Do we make updates to this policy?
In short: Yes, we will update this policy as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification. We encourage you to review this privacy policy frequently to be informed of how we are protecting your information.
18. How can you contact us about this policy?
If you have questions or comments about this policy, or want to exercise any of the rights described in it, you may email us at info@nurtureand.com or by post to:
