To clean this product, create a solution of warm water and mild detergent and rub the affected area gently with a damp cloth. For best results, remove any spots immediately and never let cleaner or water sit on the wood surface for extended periods of time. We proudly use water-based and child-safe finishes and paints and Do NOT recommend using commercial waxes and polishes to clean your furniture as they may contain chemicals that damage the wood and could be harmful for your child.
All Nurture& products come with a 60 day risk-free trial. Returns: Unopened The Crib products can be returned via UPS, FedEx, or a freight carrier. To initiate a return request, please email us at info@nurtureand.com. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and generate a return label for you. If you are not satisfied with your Nurture& product, we ask that you donate the chair to a local charity of your choice (the donation must be on behalf of Nurture&). A valid proof of donation receipt from a 501c3 tax-exempt organization of your choosing must be retained and emailed to info@nurtureand.com within two weeks of the return confirmation date. Once received, you will be refunded for The Crib (no restocking fees or return shipping fees). All Nurture& products come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty.
